Lighting Hobby Shop Incorporation cannot thrive simply on its owners and investors; it needs people on the front line working directly with the pubic. These people are known as team members. The team members are considered to be backbone of Lighting Hobby Shop Incorporation. However, the team members would not operate efficiently with out the work of management. There are five different types of mangers offered for this company; however, their jobs are similar.
