The communities in which you involve yourself with are an instrumental part of development as a person. Being a young adult these communities help to formulate your ideas, personality, and way of life. So, involving yourself with the right community and right people is important. Growing up I was involved in many things. However, I felt none of these fit my ideals. One of my closest friends recommended that I come to my local recreation center and begin bodybuilding. Lifting weights had been a passion of mine for some time by then, but it was not something I did in a community setting.
