An unhealthy lifestyle is quite a broad issue but all comes back to the same thing, causing your boy issues, for example an unhealthy lifestyle can be because you drink too much, maybe smoke too much or even eat too much. Which shows too much of anything can be bad for you. The 3 factors listed are all different factors however still come back to the same point of having an unhealthy lifestyle.
The Diet is a major part of having a healthy lifestyle, there are many problems associated with having a poor diet. For example, heart disease, diabetes (type two), osteoporosis and more.

To perform at the best of our ability we must think about the factors that could affect our fitness.
Some athletes take performance enhancing drugs such as anabolic steroids, HGH, EPO etc. These drugs are illegal because they give the performer an unfair advantage over 'clean' athletes. They are also incredibly harmful to the individual taking them.
Diet and Weight
A healthy diet will ensure a balance between the nutrient value that you consume and the energy that you use for muscular activity. To ensure a healthy weight we need to understand the energy balance equation:
Sleep Patterns
These may vary due to the pattern of training, work demands or family life. Younger people need at least 8 hours of sleep per night, as you get older you will need less. If sleep is not balanced with work, then positive effects of training will not be seen.
Overall the best way for a person to improve their lifestyle is too work on their diet and do more exercise, these two go hand in hand to help lose weight and improve fitness and ability.
These can also help the mental side of the patient in working on exercise and taking the mind away from
