Lifestyle Analysis Project: My Diet And Activity Level

Throughout my lifestyle analysis project, I learned a lot about my diet and activity level. I thought this project would take a long time and wouldn’t really show me anything I didn’t already know. I knew before the project I had a bad diet and I realized that I didn’t eat three meals a day. When I ate it wasn’t health food it was carb loaded and not very nutritious.
During this project, I realized that some of my health issues like low blood surge are because I have bad eating habits. I never eat breakfast and I never thought it was really that big of a deal but looking back now I wish I would have eaten. I eat breakfast every day now, even if it’s just an apple or a granola bar and I feel so much better. When I eat breakfast I’m ten times
