Lifeguard Research Paper

What would you do if you witness someone drinking alcohol on the job? To even make matters worse what if they were a lifeguard drinking on the job. Lifeguards are paid to save lives. How would a lifeguard be able to take care of others if they are not able to take care of themselves? There are many responses people will have if they witness a lifeguard drinking on the job. This paper will go over the many responses that people will have when they witness this situation and what I would do when caught in a scene like this. There are many people that freeze when caught in an out of place situation. The normal response would be to tell the manager, but some people won’t even do that. They will just sit there and try to not make eye contact with the drinking life guards. These kind of people are usually the boring people in life. They will live there whole life without doing anything fun or out of the ordinary. These types of people are usually the ones that are high up in the ladder of jobs, because they push and do not take any situation lightly. These types of people will tell the lifeguards their opinion on the situation. They will usually say that they should not be disrespecting the people in the water by not being to the best of you abilities, to perform a life saving mission. This kind of statement is very true and the majority of people in the world will not be bold enough to say something like this. I would not personally choose this response. I do not think that this is the best way to react and it creates an awkward situation for everyone
