Life Without Parole Research Paper

On another note in 2010 in the article “Flint Teen Gets Life In Prison Without Parole In First-Of-Its Kind Juvenile Sentencing Hearing” 33-year-old pizza delivery man was murdered by a 16-year-old boy, says Mlive.com. The boy was sentenced to life in prison without parole, not because of him being male but because they had don't research on this juvenile. The court had found out that he had attended 9-10 different schools and was suspended a total of 14 times for fighting other students. His last suspension was for 120 days for hitting a school security guard. This juvenile had a bad record and was getting from bad to worse, so the court finally decided to put their foot down and put a stop to this kid's outrageous acts and try him as an adult in the court system. If a juvenile shows no improvement of behavior what more can the court do than to put them away for the rest of their life's nothing else seems to be working. In some aspects, people may believe that trying juveniles in court as an adult does nothing for them, but they are paying for what they have done there is no other way to put it then the wanting to make adult crimes and giving them the adult consequence that comes with their adult crime. Thinking what they would do every day of their life behind those bars, or having to watch their back in case of an attack always being on alert never being able to relax or feel at ease. Taking a closer look not very many people would be able to handle a life like that. There isn't much left to do after juveniles have committed major crimes: intervention, counseling, or community service. No matter if something so big as murder is involved the only possible outcome would be getting tried as an adult in the court of
