The website www.lifetimefitness.com is dedicated in helping their clients to achieve total health, athletic aspirations, and fitness goals. They are a health club that offers a variety of programs such as nutrition and holistic approach to wellness and world class training. The website includes categories in sports, fitness, family, total health, lifestyle, and athletic events. Life Time Fitness also operates over 118 fitness centers around the United States and Canada. I would rate this website a 5 because of how easy it was to navigate the site. I think this website would be interesting to anyone who is into fitness or someone who is starting their fitness journey because this website is guided to many aspects of health, fitness, and sports. …show more content…
It shows their viewers how to get in the zone. The zone is a mental state which includes mental focus during sports and a sense of calmness and confidence. I think this website has a nice approach in the concept of psychology in sports and exercise but the site was difficult to use. I would rate this website a 1 because of how confusing the setup of the website is. When I first got into the home page of this website, I did not know where to start and this website does not catch my attention compared to other ones.
The website www.ncca.org stands for National Christian Counselors Association, which is a non-profit, professional organization that is dedicated to the advancement of faith-based approaches and principles in Christian counseling. They are committed to the Lord Jesus Christ and believe that counseling is in vain, unless it is founded upon and directed by the Word of God.
Their purpose is to help Christians who believe that God has called them into the ministry of counseling. I would rate this website a 3 because of how easy it was to use the website and because of their approach. The founder, Dr. Lustberg has been in this industry for many years and has launched and hosted many shows. He has also been on radio programs conducted hundreds of psychological evaluations and psychological interviews.
