It is important to learn from one’s mistakes, and take control of opportunities to grow as a person; by addressing one’s negative feelings, the individual can then move forward into solving the problem. I scored a fifteen out of twenty total for emotional wellness, which is considered excellent. I have difficulty with coping appropriately with stress and tension, just as I saw when evaluating my physical wellness. Once again, I plan to use methods of meditation, music therapy, and breathing techniques to bring myself back together in stressful situations. Instead of looking at the big picture, which can be overwhelming, I take baby steps and focus on small sections at a time. I remind myself that “progress is progress, no matter how small.” I sometimes feel good about myself, but also have days of low self-esteem. To fix this, I plan on not being so hard on myself and giving myself compliments daily; it will be a scenario of “fake it until you make it” to gain confidence. Spiritual wellness deals with the meaning of life and achieving inner peace. When I am put in stressful situations I sometimes get guidance by my spiritual beliefs. To improve on this, I will work on coping with stress and explore spirituality and my love for nature. I will also regain my sense of positivity and use it to guide myself and others through life. I often meditate and use method of crystal healing. I hope to expand my collections of crystals because each crystal associates with a different chakra and energy
