At 16:20 on October 1st, 2017, RA Christina Dykas (ID: 2388748) and RA Eric Lovett Jr. (Id: 2459256) were conducting Life Safety Inspections (LSIs) when the entered the first-floor apartment of Seward House 221. As RA Lovett entered the room he instantly discovered a smoking device (see picture) and a lit candle sitting on the living room table. At 16:21 RA Dykas then called campus safety while RA Lovett looked throughout the apartment for its residents and took pictures of the violation. The residents were not home. Next, RA Lovett and RA Dykas went outside to wait for campus safety. While waiting outside RA Lovett someone pulling up in a car, staring at Ra Lovett and RA Dykas.
