During some performances, I have been nervous because of my physical state at a certain time, or I have felt negative feelings about specific performances because I did not feel like I was able to prepare or warm myself up in the proper way I would like to. Going to JMU is something that I genuinely believe will fulfill my needs as a performer in ways that I could not aptly describe. Not only would studying theatre at JMU allow me to continue my love for performing without inhibition, I strongly feel that being enrolled in JMU's Theatre program will provide me with the education about my craft that will allow me to perform at the best of my ability more often, and provide me with the knowledge and technique to keep myself working properly as a performer for many, many years to
