It’s a learning curve
Little responsibility. No real understanding. Very little concept of how the ‘big world’ works. These are just some of the uncounted ways of being three years old. Despite the idea of growing up isn’t thought of and talked about much it still happens to everyone which means it is still a substantially significant part of everyone life including mine, which has inspired me so much to write about my view and experience of ‘growing up.’ All though being three years old seems like a distant faint memory which has been clouded over; much to my disbelief it really was around only twelve years ago, and ever since I have been undergoing one of the biggest and hardest learning curves in life making the transition from a child …show more content…
Looking back these are just some of the things I now realise I took for granted and have has a realization of how little responsible I was for everyday basic things. Being brought up as the oldest child I have defiantly been given more responsibly as I have grown really from when my younger sibling was born by just been given basic tasks such as helping around the house. But been giving small responsibilities at a young age that really a bad thing? Personally I don’t think it has done me any harm and has helped prepare me for future (for example meeting deadlines). However reflecting back on this has shown how responsibilities differing are all of a learning curve which one day I will eventually overcome.
Luck-not too long short of years it was like walking up from a long dream and gradually being unwrapped from a thick ball of cotton wool, where the realization hits you that the world isn’t such a fairy tale after all full of happy events, even though from what was my narrow perspective before long I branched out with more contact to the real ‘big world’ coming to concept with things such as war, death and natural disaster.
