Final Assignment
Life Management class has taught me many things that we’re unexpected. It has taught me a different way to think and approach different situations. Of all the many concepts we discussed and studied, I narrowed down just five concepts that had the biggest impact on me. The five concepts are; Creators vs Victim's, Time Management, Your Goals, What Motivates You, and Your Emotional Intelligence. I chose these concepts because I feel as though they has changed my mindset the most.

You want to spend your energy on things you want rather than things you don't want. An example of a positive goal is giving yourself the goal to earn an A in your math class. A negative goal would be giving yourself the goal to simply pass the class. Negative goals are most likely not going to be achieved and even if they are you don't get much out of them but the very minimum. If you have a positive goal you will most likely reach it and if you don't you will still be able to learn from the experience. You might not get that A, but will still pass the class with a good grade and a lot more knowledge. The last step is to have a goal that is specific. Goals that are motivating are goals that are specific, they go hand and hand. A goal that isn't specific is simply telling yourself that you will do better, if you do this you will never know if you ever reached your goals. A goal that is specific is telling yourself that you will go to every single class and complete every single assignment. Having this goal gives you high standards and you will be able to know if you ever reached the goal. If you don't reach it, you will know that you didn't and know why you didn't. Having a specific goal keeps yourself from tricking yourself into thinking you did reach the goal you didn’t. Lastly, it helps you make choices that create positive
