Life Lesson Tickets Analysis

E is for Extra Cardinals Tickets I was about seven years old when we received free Cardinals tickets. My sister’s friend’s family couldn’t go to the game so they gave us the tickets. We were about eight rows behind the backstop. The Cardinals were playing the Cubs and the stadium was filled. This was the last regular season game of the year. The Cubs ended up winning the game by a score of 7-5. The Cardinals ended up getting to the Playoffs so that’s all that mattered. It was one of those you-may-have-won-the-battle-but-we-won-the-war moments.

The Bad Knee As I see the ball flying up in the Monticello Trails gym, I knew I could catch it and get the other team out. Once I try to jump up to get it, my feet don’t even leave the ground before I feel a horrible pain in left knee. A terrible pain I hoped never to feel again. When I was fourteen my dad took me to a football game at the Carolina Panther stadium. The teams playing were the Packers and the Panthers. We were in the 500 section of the stands, which is on the fifty yard line, all the way up at the top. The seats were at such an angle that if you fell, you would fall right off the stands and down to the next row of seats fifty feet below.…

Some of my successes in life include winning baseball tournaments, getting voted into the allstars in my baseball league, being the youngest kid in colorado to get his license to hunt, and firing a 306 when i was 6 without my arm falling off. My 1st success in baseball was when i was 7 years old and my team was losing the championship game by 2 points, so when i got up to bat there was a guy on 3d base and on 2nd, we already had 2 outs so if i got out we lost the game here. So when i got up to bat i got 2 strikes and the next pitch i hit allowing me to get to 2nd base and my teammates on bases 2 and 3 to get home and score the 2 points we needed to tie the game and go into overtime.…

Even since I was little, baseball has and will always be my passion. I have played baseball every summer, but if I had to choose a favorite it would of been the summer of 2010, when I was twelve. The reason why it's my favorite is because I got to experience an event of a lifetime, playing baseball in Cooperstown, New York. There is a tournament there every summer that consists of more than one-hundred teams and the only way to describe it is amazing. In order to play in this tournament, we had to fundraise enough money to be able to compete, and honestly the fundraisers we had held were so much fun.…
