1. “ Life isn’t fair. It’s just fairer than death, that’s all.” That was a quote by William Goldman, even though I don’t know him, I thank him. I feel that this quote speaks directly to me. I live a pretty good life, four bedroom, two bathroom house. I have siblings I can talk to and two parents that are separated, but still in my life. Some black teens or teens everywhere only have one parent or no siblings. My mom tells me to pray every morning and night, because I should be grateful for what God has given me. To be alive is the best thing God can give me. Sometimes people only have one meal, but to be alive is better than death. To know I'm alive and not dead, motivates me every day to learn.
