My Teaching Experience: Life Is A Series Of Experiences

Henry Ford once uttered, “Life is a series of experiences, each one of which makes us bigger, even though sometimes it is hard to realize this.” There are so many experiences and events that we face and go through in our everyday life in which we don’t have the time to think of how it has influenced us positively or negatively. Similarly, going to school in New York was full of experiences like a rollercoaster where it had ups and downs. Teachers, and other staff members always knew me as a short girl with long black hair in elementary school who was always present in class but never spoke a word. My face was always faced down while others were playing and running at recess, which never even alarmed the teacher. Being a new student from a different …show more content…
Bernstein an A.P English teacher. It was the first week of school so Mrs. Bernstein didn’t quit know me completely until, I turned the assignment in. But when the grades where in Mrs. Bernstein, told me and the class that she I got a 100 on my writing assignment which was the highest grade received out of all her classes and her teaching experience. As Mrs. Bernstein stated these words, the tears out of my eyes slowly rolled as I controlled myself because I didn’t want anyone to view me crying. During this moment I was joyful and the day I was tested in first grade came into my mind again making me think how these two experiences were similar but affected me differently. My experience in first grade influenced my education in which I became a better speaker and active participant whom always participated in every class assignment to prove that I acquired knowledge. My twelve grade experience was truly great because of my mentor Mrs. Bernstein whom appreciated me for the assignments I did and who influenced me to what to work hard and try out new things to meet her expectations. My experiences truly influenced my educational skills making me a better and passionate
