WHen this is applied to this life, we can see how easily an employer's decisions could greatly be swayed by someone's predicted future health. Any employer or company would wish to hier healthy people, but would it be right for them to pick who to hire based on this information? ALthough it could be argue that this information could help employers give their employees the best environment and job fit for their condition. But in the future they most likely would not be hired in the first place. GIving an unfair advantage to those who happened to promising healthy future and an outrageous disadvantage to those with unlucky and foreseen health
