On 5/03/17 & 6/8/17 Management received a vendor compliant from Heather Ward with Life Bridge Support concerning a situation that occurred concerning Reported Adult J. Markham. It was alleged that you were unprofessional in your approach with her, sassy, and threatening. It was also stated that you conveyed that Life Bridge Support was blowing things out of proportion with calling in the hotlines. It was reported that you made several staff felt that they were being persecuted for calling in a hotline and that staff felt threaten by you.
