If I was to continue the story I would include him in the future and show how this experience has impacted his life. I think including this would show the readers what experiences could do to you in a positive and negative way.

The time period of 1960-1976 is very very different from the 20th century time period.
In the 1960s we had war and alt of riots against gays. In the 20th century we now have gay marriage and we are not at war like they were with vietnam.

If I could only save one character from this book in a disaster, it would have to be Richard Parker, which is the royal bengal tiger. I would save him because he acts as a omega, or submissive, animal, which respects Pi’s dominance. So hopefully he could act the same with me, that’s why I would chose Richard.
