I first became interested in Lick-Wilmerding when I attended the summer program, Aim High. Before, I had never heard of or even seen Lick-Wilmerding. In seventh grade, my parents drove me to Lick for my second year of the summer program. When I first stepped through the doors, I was not only amazed by how nice the buildings looked, but also how safe it looked and felt. The high school was filled with students my age who were either new or there the last year. After just one look at the school, I became very interested in Lick-Wilmerding. I believe Lick-Wilmerding might be an appropriate place, both academically and socially, to continue my education because it has smaller class sizes, many subjects and workshops, extra-curricular activities,
