I am writing to apply for the Library Associate II position with the Norfolk Public Library. This letter is a summary of my professional work experience and my educational experience. This position and the opportunity for advancement are enticing, and my work experience along with my education make me an ideal candidate for this position.
I have over nine years of paid and volunteer library work experience. Additionally, I began my library career as a volunteer Library Aide, and now I am a full-time Library Associate, so career progression is imperative to me.
