If you know where you’re at you can get to your destination faster. Using a map is better because you can use a GPS because the battery can die and become stranded in the wild. Maps may not be 100% accurate so you must pay attention to your surroundings.
Penny Project
During class we did a project that involves salt, vinegar, and hydrogen peroxide. We put a penny in each cup and put the substances on the pennies to see what would happen. Vinegar made the penny almost spotless and salt and vinegar made the penny clean and also a slight crystallization. The hydrogen peroxide made the water green and crystallizes a little bit. From this experiment I learned that the vinegar chemically altered the penny’s appearance by cleaning it. The salt couldn’t clean the penny by itself because it probably needed a liquid for it to work.
Man tracker
There is a show called man tracker where two men on horses have to track the two men who are on foot and the objective is to reach the check point. They have a set amount of time to reach the check point and if they get caught there out. Its kind like a survival show but there are people trying to catch them.
