One of the most beautiful things in the world that Allah created us diverse. " God created our skin tones with beautiful variety, but all of our souls are the same color" Dave Willis. Diversity is not an agenda anytime we have two or more people together we have diversity. It is something is found in any interaction in every relationship between human being. Diversity means difference and there are a lot of ways of being different . Diversity exists between people not in people. Diversity means that we have people who came from different backgrounds in case of nationalities, gender, ethnicity, race, or color. Migration of people from different parts of the world to other countries to find better jobs, enjoy a safe life, to get a better education or runaway from their homeland out of war made the modern world has many divers societies. Liberal society treat minorities, migrants and refugees equally no matter what are their ethnicity, nationality or colors. Traditional liberal focuses on the right of the individuals by making sure that each person is treated equally because traditional liberalism came against the idea of hierarchy among society. On the other hand, we have difference blind liberalism which argues that when it comes to making …show more content…
Under the rule and exemption approach, an exemption can be granted for specific group of people if they can show that activity has a particular religious or cultural significance for them. Difference blind liberals are committed to the view that the rule exemption approach is un just. It might be argued that the injustice is not as serious as it is in cases in which cultural minorities are treated less favorable
