I would say that the second piece of evidence would be poor working conditions. The first piece of evidence would be. In the “Lewis W. Hine photography” (Document 8). It shows that kids have no shoes, they are balancing on milk crates, they are working with fast spinning machines, also they can fall and hit their head on the machine and get sucked in and kill themselves. “C: Were you perfectly straight and healthy before you worked at a mill? B: Yes, I was as straight a little girl as ever went up and down town” (Document 7). Proof that she had a bad work life she came into work with a straight back and now she is all hurt and bent over from working in the mills.
