Leverage technology – DAM Launch
• As part of the Leverage Technology WIG, Colleen will be a change champion for the new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. In this role, Colleen will troubleshoot issues to remove barriers associated with the new DAM system; motivate / encourage others to share their experiences and ideas; and promote innovation and change. o To assist with “speed to adoption” Colleen will lead and manage the data migration effort to ensure that there is usable data prior to system launch. o (I think I may be missing a higher level goal on Aspera. Am I missing what my role should be?)

Leverage technology – Develop and Deploy a Global Corporate Design Technology Solutions Help Desk
• As part of the Leverage Technology WIG, Colleen will lead and manage the development and deployment of a single Global Corporate Designed Technology Solutions Help Desk to manage both the AMS and the DAM system. This single solution will allow a strategic approach to managing in these systems and transform their management to a mature model. o Colleen will lead and manage implementing the new DAM Help Desk.
 Colleen will lead and facilitate documenting best practices.
 Colleen will lead and facilitate gaining buy-in from the support team prior to implementation.
 Colleen will partner with team to utilize available tool(s).
 Colleen will lead and manage defining customer service level support. o Colleen will lead and manage moving the existing AMS Help Desk to the new, single Help Desk system, ensuring minimal impact to AMS users.
