Though, I never met a level five leader, but I heard many examples of level 5 leaders through friends and the media. Great leaders have many characteristics both personal and professional that allows them to lead others to greatness and resolve to solve problems that occur within the organization. People, who create lead companies to achieve goals through objectives and processes for the betterment of employees and the organization as a whole. Level 5 leaders are not the stereotypical leadership role that outspoken and inspires others through charisma and other personality traits. Level 5 leaders are consider shy and not boast of their achievements or seek approval of their peers. They tend to seek leadership to serve the best interest of their company and co-workers through leadership through others. While giving credit to those around them at the same time not passing on blame to others. In the hope to build greater teamwork and builds others for success within the organization. Seeking to turn every business, business unit and employee from good to great within their organization. These leader are no strangers to challenges and problems within the workplace, because they have unbending resolve to meet long term results that benefits the organization.
