Patient came to see writer after working on assignments. Patient discussed with writer her letters to ex-boyfriend, the relationship, and to herself as well as how she felt after doing assigment. Patient stated that she realized that it wasn't all of his fault and that she was somewhat responsible do to her drinking. Patient also realized that had she not been drinking she would have never met the ex-boyfriend. Patient stated that she wants to work on herself, to heal, and is not going to thinking about a relationship until she is where she needs to
