The purpose of this memo is to analyze the effectiveness of a proposed project description and elaborate on the proposal by providing the author with efficient feedback.

Summary
The author of this proposal does a really good job on pointing out the main points. The proposal needs to be more elaborate and specific in the objective which is primarily in seeking funds for giving police officers a training to maintain a healthy life.

Discussion
The main advantages of the lettering system are that it provides separate ideas and it is easier for individuals to understand the main points and the emphasis one each paragraph. This task also lacks more statistical sources such as how many employees will be examined. On the other hand, it is very effective in that it provides the location and by whom the examinations or physical tests will be conducted.

The lack of cost estimates makes this proposal somehow very inefficient. The author should provide cost estimates in task C since it provides general information on the purchase of fitness equipment. By adding cost estimates to this task, the author would provide with more credibility to the document project proposal.

Task D lacks effectiveness in a way that it does not provide with further information on safety. Safety is very important and the company should always be aware of the risks associated with the types of trainings they will be providing to their employees. This proposal should also provide with guidelines to the use of exercise equipment and a specified date for the periodic training sessions by Dr. Updlike.

The author is advice to elaborate more on details such as cost estimates and give statistical information to make this proposal more credible and
