I, Patrick Coleman, am writing this out my own free will and On my Honor, as a scout, I am writing this truthfully and to the best of my knowledge.
Last week, during our scout meeting, we played a 20 minute game of manhunt. While we were playing, I witnessed Tristan Stoltz fall. Afterwards, he had accused Steven of pushing him. Now, while seeing Tristan fall, there was no evidence of Steven pushing him. From my view, Steven was not close enough to physically touch Tristan. Sitting next to me was Sam Bierman. While Tristan may have been hurt, he also hurts others or makes them uncomfortable. Some accounts where Tristan has caused others pain or discomfort are:
On a camping trip, Tristan has shared a tent with other scouts, one being Zachary Martinez, he caused some discomfort by kicking the scouts and “dry-humping” them.
Tristan has “playfully” attacked others, causing pain after being asked to stop.
Another topic of discussion is about Christopher Stoltz. Christopher has been known to hurt others sometimes, or be rude to other scouts or adults. Some occasions of this happening are:

While in the car, he kept on talking and saying inappropriate words in my family such as “frick”, or “frickin”. After saying these, my mom asked him to stop, yet he didn’t. He also talked about shows, such as Family Guy, The Simpsons, and Bob’s Burgers, that are not allowed to be watched in our family due to inappropriate behavior. When he talked about these, he asked if I had watched them.
