I have had many ups and downs in life like most people do, which have helped me become stronger.

Helping my best friend battle anorexia in 2015 was one of the hardest things I've been through, since seeing someone very meaningful to you, basically shrink and stand on the edge is an absolutely inexplicable, terrifying feeling that many of us have probably experienced. I went with her through every single thing during that tuff battle, which lasted for roughly 9 months until she got better. Interestingly enough, some people know me as a very talkative person and some know me as a quite one, while there is probably only 2 or 3 people who ever saw me weak and not because I'm afraid that people will see me as a weak person, but because I truly try to send as much positive energy to people as I can and have an influence on this world little by

The facial-feedback hypothesis states that whatever your facial expression is is what you are feeling, meaning that even if you are angry and you smile you will feel happy instead because of biofeedback from the facial muscles to the brain telling the brain what emotion to feel. However, people whose faces are paralyzed either permanently or temporarily can feel all the same emotions as before the paralysis occurred. Even those that are born with a condition that causes them to not be able to smile can feel the same amount of happiness as anyone else. Using facial-feedback, smiling even when you're not happy, is a form of mind-over-matter. The idea is that by smiling you're telling yourself that you are actually happy.…

There are many theories associated with laughing all trying to answer whether laughter an acquired social construct or is it an innate behavior that has been engineered from our biology? Many words can describe the type of person I am, strong, intelligent, brave but I wouldn't choose any of these as my favorite. If I had to pick one word to define me it would be “trying” because it shows the good in the time you have given it, shows your patience for what there is to come, and engages your spirit to show how far you will go to build onto it. Trying brings good in the amount you've given it. You cannot run out unless you've given up and rewards you for everyday that you had held on to. Rewards can be shown in many ways and are given when you have achieved something you wanted to improve or went above and beyond the expectation.…

When I am happy I exhibit behaviors that are positive to myself and others. The list includes: I’m helpful, I love to spend time with my family and friends, I enjoy doing my homework and studying, I enjoy time to myself to pursue my hobby, I am talkative, and an active listener. Some behaviors that I exhibit when I am sad: I am extremely quiet around friends, family, I can take things too personally, sometimes I am doubtful and/or worrisome, and stubborn. These are three explanations of the behaviors that I display: First, if someone ask for help, I will continue to go out of my way and help them and try to put my emotion to side. I always try to help people regardless of whether I am having a good or bad day because I believe any help given…
