I have reviewed the letter of reprimand placed in my file by Dr. Lowery, Westover High School Principle, it is totally without merit and I feel compelled to correct the record as to the errors in the reprimand. Although mine was a peripheral role, at no time did I confront another staff member as noted in the September 22, 2016 memorandum. Instead, Mrs. Dallas came into my classroom in a very boisterous and irate manner, asking “why her daughter’s name was not annotated on a Cross-Country roster”. I admitted to addressing Mrs. Dallas in a “very stern” and “matter of fact way” without the use of profanity. My classroom door was closed and we also positioned ourselves in the back of the room to discuss the issue at hand. There were no students,
