Letter Of Recommendation For Sharon Keeton

Improved Essays
It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Sharon Keeton. I have worked with Sharon Keeton for the last sixteen years, and she stands out as an excellent educator and a caring individual. Sharon began her career at Toms River High School North as an English teacher and then obtained her certification to become the Media Specialist at the high school. Because of this, I have had the ability to work with her as an English department colleague, and then work alongside her in the Media Center as she led my students through the daunting task of the dreaded research paper.

Sharon has been able to take her love of English and transform it in a way to reach all students who come into the Media Center. With her English background,

This letter is being written to you, to let you know my thoughts about how much this class has enabled me to grow as a writer and student. As a writer I have many new acquired strengths. One of these newly acquired strengths is that I have the ability to write an essay that assess other author’s pieces of work. Now I am able to state the authors’ purpose and the rhetoric terms that he or she uses to get their purpose across to their audiences.…

Dear Carolyn Boles Scholarship Committee, I have had a great first semester in college full of learning and meeting new people. I studied extremely hard the entire semester and was determined to get the best grades possible. My favorite class was psychology and I received a very good grade in the class, so I was asked to become a mentor for the class next school year. I also decided to work toward receiving a minor in health psychology because I loved the class so much. In another one of my classes, we learned about different health field careers in order to decide if nursing was right for us since it is such a competitive major at IUPUI.…

Personal Statement Growing up in my native country, Haiti, I always had an increasingly sense of helping others. The Non Profit Organization I used to work for had a specific mission to shoot documentaries about the physical and educational needs of some schools in the country and send them to some prestigious international philanthropic organizations to collect funds.…

I am writing this letter to share my experience as a ninth grade student in English 11 at Fairfield Warde High School. I would like to discuss both the positive and negative aspects of the English curriculum this year, as well as the transition from middle school to high school as it pertains to my English experience. Throughout the year, there have been several texts that we have not only read, but spent a significant amount of time analyzing and discussing. One of the most effective units was on the novel Anthem by Ayn Rand. This novel explores the contrast between the philosophical concepts of individualism and collectivism.…

This new group joins native speakers of a language with those who hope to learn that language.…
