Let’s start where we should always start, the Bible. Mark 16:16 “He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’” We are specifically told by Jesus to go to all corners of the Earth. And at the Council of Jerusalem or the Apostolic Council it was decided that Gentiles do not need to follow the Law of Moses or become circumcised to become a Christian. This opened a whole new group of people. The decision was made because God does not discriminate against anyone, so why should we be able to? There is no one that we shouldn 't be preaching to. There are, of course, other cultures with Christ, but there are many who have never heard of God or have a very vague and skewed version of God. This is the easiest answer

Our culture is a set of beliefs, practices, and norms. We generally get them from our family and our community. People with different backgrounds, different families, different stories. Even in small town where everybody knows everybody, their are differences. There may seem to even be just one race or ethnicity in the town. The difference between race and ethnicity is that race is usually the color of their skin while ethnicity is about the country of origin. Having these under your tool belt will help you connect with people. Having the knowledge of the culture greatly helps the transition of meeting another culture because you know some of their background. Once we learn about the culture we can begin to interpret the ways they behave. Because you are on the outside you can see what is at first odd to us, then we see the importance of it to the culture. Once we start seeing the cultural it can get hard, but thats when we need to push our hardest. After we choose not to run, then it matters how we behave. We need to be respectful and
