Sandberg knew that no all the reactions could be positives. She risked her job and her career, but she did well. Since Sandberg is a respected woman, without a doubt, she is the perfect person to talk about the theme. Diverse groups perform better because there is a combination of ideas. Since many people do not know about it, they continue using homogenous groups. Some individuals prefer groups with one gender, only members because they express their concerns easily. As a recommendation, I encourage those individuals to start expressing their ideas in groups with a diversity of genders because it will be a benefit for their future. Some of the contributions that diverse groups bring to many individuals improve relationships, increase of confidence, learn to defend ideas, and learn to be more open.
