My Time at Wims was a great for me. I got new friends and learned new lessons. But the lesson that impacted me the most was to To work hard and be friendly because you should or what’s called intrinsic motivation.
Extrinsic motivation is the opposite. It is when you do a good turn or be friendly just to get a reward or at least hoping to. One instance that showed me to use intrinsic motivation was being a Patrol. It taught me to use intrinsic motivation by making me watch out for others, and make sure everybody is safe and not be expecting your reward for a it but because it's what I'm supposed to do.
