Few years ago, I read an interesting chapter in the book titled "The Secret of Leadership”, by Prakash Iyer, in which he has drawn leadership lessons from a humble tea bag. Taking cue from that, here is my humble attempt to derive some interview lessons from a tea bag.
What counts is what is inside the teabag
The flashy labels and strings of a tea bag make no difference to the quality of the tea. Similarly the good reputation of the institution, its brand and placement record are not going to make huge difference to you in the interview. Someone else holds the string, always
After you give your best, leave the rest to life because it holds our string. Always believe that everything happens for a reason — whether it is favourable or unfavourable. You may not be able to make sense of a situation or its outcome with your limited knowledge but have faith in the process of life and move
