Lesson Plan 1 Tight Dribbling
Level one: single tight dribble, SLOW and controlled. Dribble down the line of cones then picks ball up and return to the line.

Level two: single tight dribble, quick and controlled. Dribble down the line of cones as quickly as you can still keeping your ball under control. At the end of the line of cones pick ball up, return to the line.

Level three tight dribble with an opponent; dribble down with control, another student will meet you in the middle and try ONE time to steal your ball while you dribble. If they are successful, you return to the end of the line, they continue with your ball heading to the start of the line of cones. They are not successful you continue to the end of the line of cones, they return to the line and wait for their turn to dribble

Station #____ 4X4 Mini Game Team Pinnies

Play a mini game of soccer, following the rules we have learned in class. 4 players on each team (if one team has a 5th person, either let them play or rotate them in).
This is a MINI Game, so the field is smaller than a normal game of soccer and so is the number of players on each team. Practice your dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting, and most important your team work!!!. But really have fun.
