Lesson 6 Learning Assessment For the evaluation of the Agency Culture Assessment, I am doing it on Children’s Hope Foster Family Agency on the program Transitional Housing Program (THP). Doing a qualitative approach is actually simple with the THP clients. I will consider doing a 12-month research since that is the average time that the youth stay in the program. For the key informants, I would choose social workers outside the agency who are knowledgeable of the THP population and people who are knowledgeable on how to conduct a qualitative approach. The key informants need to accept outside feedback, so this approach can be successful. The purpose of the qualitative approach is to know how successful is the THP in meeting their mission; the progress the THP clients have made since they began the program or what is the cause of failure within the program. It is mainly to evaluate the program, to know in what areas the program is doing well and what areas need improvement. Within the qualitative approach, I could use a pre-experiment GRD which is a pretest and a posttest. With the pretest-posttest, we will be able to know how the clients are doing before they enter and after they exit the program. The idea for this GRD is to evaluate the client before and after the program, and also, to know how the agency is doing by providing services to their clients. Pre-experiment GRD will be helping the qualitative approach to evaluate the whole program. The pre-experiment GRD will be applied on the questionnaire part of the qualitative approach. Some of the questions that can be used are: How much is your income? Do you have a job or go to college? Do you have a place to live? What type of services do you need? What type of services were provided? Did the program change your
