The leprechaun’s straggly red beard dragged along the floor of the county courthouse as he looked down at his handcuffs wondering how he’d gotten himself in this position.
“All I’d wanted was me pot of gold,” he said to the sheriff forlornly. “Me rainbow led me there. I swear!”
“Well, that wasn’t your pot of gold,” the sheriff replied. “We still don’t know how you got in there, but you were in the Fort Knox safe.
