The patient is a 17 year old female who presented to the ED via Leo after an argument with her mother. Per documentation mother told patient she was going to the hospital and patient refused. Leo was called. Per documentation patient was combative with Leo and brought to the ED in handcuffs.

The patient mother was spoken to before the assessment. The patient mother reports that patient has not been going to here therapy appointment and non-compliant with her medication. The patient mother reports about 2-3 weeks ago a male that the patient was trying to build a relationship with came out of state so patient and him could be together.
