In this paper I will talk about Lens Crafter’s operations strategy and attempt to explain how thoroughly the organization seeks to gain a competitive advantage in terms of sustainability .I will also analyzed how operation management activities affect the customer experience I discuss two operation management challenges and thoroughly provide the solutions for confronting them.
