What is one learning from 2015 that you would put to good use, this year?

A key takeaway for me is to always expect the unexpected. This makes me appreciate my family and friends around me even more, and sincerely thank God for every fruitful and blissful day. It is also equally relevant for my work at Lenovo, since the Asia Pacific region is in a constant state of change.

2. What are your visions and plans for EBG in 2016??

For this year, I would want to position Lenovo EBG as a formidable enterprise player in the market, thus turning our business unit into a significant contributor to Lenovo's profit.
To achieve this goal, we are going to: 1) form new key strategic alliances; 2) deliver our brand promise; 3) offer the best value proposition; 4) stay open and flexible; 5) ensure that EBG is easy to do business with.

3. Work aside, what is your favourite pastime?

I love to spend quality time with my family and dog, listening to music, and not forgetting, cooking – honing my culinary skills by creating and experimenting with new recipes.

Since much of our outside sales team worked using SaaS software using iPads, I also became the subject matter expert on mobility management using VMWare Airwatch. In 2015, much of my work was on a small research project, managing between two and three hundred Android tablets. The most valuable thing that my time at Ochsner exposed me to were the ideas and methodologies for standardizing and automating security across a massive, multi-site enterprise (around 30,000 endpoints). During my time there I also participated in LANDesk training, where I learned how Ochsner provisions and deploys to their endpoints.…
