Lennie: The Dream Farm Plan In everyday life, we set goals, and sometimes we achieve those goals with ease. Sometimes we don’t achieve those goals. The reason for not reaching those goals could be another person’s fault. It could be your own fault. Lennie from the novella, “Of Mice and Men,” could have been the reason for George and Curley not seeing their dream farm with Lennie. If George did not kill Lennie, and they got their farm, the three men could not maintain that farm with Lennie in the way. Lennie would be a huge problem because all he does is destroy things.
