Lennar's New Summer Grove Case Study

In Fresno, CA where they were constructing two model homes for the Lennar’s New “Summer Grove”. They were almost done with these structures when they got on fire. Luckily no one got hurt. The fresno fire department is still trying to figure out how the fire started. A neighbor is saying that she has seen people regularly hang out there. She also states that on Friday she saw people playing with firecrackers. We don’t know for sure that was the reason of the fire. Another neighbor says she was driving home when was the fire, she states "It was pretty scary. I had my kids in the back seat and they were scared. We could feel, when we got home we are just a block away, we could feel the heat from the fire from the house,". It was a scary experience
