Were the use of Australian flavours successful?
We both thought that the use of Australian flavours was successful as it added a native Australian twist to the traditional treat. The Lemon Myrtle had a unique and distinctive taste which enhanced the flavour of the original ANZAC biscuits as well as matching our theme. However, this factor really depends on the persons' taste.

This is due to the fact that ANZAC biscuits have a historical significance to Australia and are now truly part of our culture. It’s hard to imagine an Anzac Day without them. Furthermore, the lemon myrtle is an example of a bush flavour that can't be found in other countries as it is only exclusive to Australia.

Since our recipe was quite straightforward, we didn’t really struggle with the production of the biscuits. There were only four steps and none of the steps required a complicated method. In addition, we understood what the recipe was telling us to do and it was fairly simple.
4. Discuss any improvements you would make if you were to make the biscuits again.
If we were to make the biscuits again, we would have preheated the oven earlier. Since we forgot to preheat the oven at the start, our biscuits took longer to cook. In addition, we would have added more brown sugar because our biscuits were a bit too hard and weren’t sweet enough. Furthermore, we would have turned the oven temperature lower because our biscuits were a little burnt when we took them out of the oven and not the desirable golden
