During the brief interview between an employee at the organization she attested to the legitimacy of an organization (her particular organization as well) being the main factor in whether or not an organization will scale successfully. In order to gain legitimacy organizations, have to prove impact and have to be able to do so for. Through proof that nonprofit organizations have an are successfully creating the impact they state in their goals, mission, and objective. The organization also has 230 physical locations across England and Wales that customers can visit that helps them view the organization as legitimate. When speaking to Homer (an employee of the nonprofit) she attest the legitimacy of the organization ( them being a top 5% nonprofit within the UK) as a justification to their success in being able to scale impact (Homer, 2016).

However, when looking at the level of success each venture achieved there are some whose scaling ventures were not the successes the organizations thought they would be. When taking a look at the findings presented by the social venture by the University (case-study one) the findings show that why the scaling venture was a success in achieving impact there were multiple factors within the scaling cycle that need to be improved in order for the University to not only maintain impact within the schools they are servicing; but they need to address these problem areas before looking to scale their social impact any further.
