Legally Blonde 2 is about a young woman who learns, through trial and error, about the process of getting a bill passed into a law. Elle Wood travels to Washington D.C. to get “Bruiser's Bill” passed. Bruiser’s Bill is a bill that Elle wrote to help change animal testing laws after finding her dog’s (Bruiser) mom in an animal testing facility. Elle needs 218 signatures from congress to get the bill passed. Elle and her friends go through several troubles to get the votes needed by the congressmen, and eventually get the votes she needed.
