Marijuana, makes a great impact on the world, yet it’s still illegal. The use of medical marijuana should be legalized in all 50 states. Marijuana has been used for many different things and has saved the lives of so many people, if not it has helped ease the pain and improve the quality of life.
In many cases people have died because doctors don’t know what’s going on or what to do about the patient. For instance, this case in Baltimore (The Baltimore sun, February 01, 2010), a little boy died because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. It was clear that he had no appetite which he eventually died of starvation and having no nutrients. Of course we all know that marijuana increases a person's appetite and mood. I feel as that

Yes there are side effects for some people such as dizziness, drowsiness, short term memory loss, and euphoria. But in my opinion drowsiness isn't always a bad thing cause I don’t get much sleep anyway. For example, I suffer from short term memory loss already, not everyone can remember what goes on all the time. Meanwhile I feel euphoria is a good thing it is intense feelings such as joy, happiness, excitement, elation and well being. I mean like who wouldn't want to experience that. It could help with depression, social problems and people with suicidal thoughts. I feel as if I have it already and I think it’s a pretty good feeling even though it’s a mental and emotional condition.
Medical marijuana can help improve our economy as well as the people. According to (4/20: 16 Ways Marijuana Affects The Economy) “By eliminating prohibition and raising tax revenue”. Also “Oakland, California, for example, inhaled $1.4 million, or 3 percent of the city's total business tax revenue from medical marijuana dispensaries last year, The New York Times reports.” Meanwhile, it's also creating jobs by opening medical marijuana dispensaries.
