Adoption has been a common practice for many years, but only recent years has the issue of gay adoption risen. Same-sex couples should be allowed to adopt. There are too many orphans in the world, but there are not enough families or parents to take them in; this is a perfect situation for same-sex couples. Who can say that same-sex parents would not be just as great a parent than heterosexual couples?
