The following is the facts, legal research and charge recommendation for case against twenty-five year old, Bill Rallia. The following charges are recommended: Conspiracy for attempted armed robbery, carrying of a concealed weapon, attempt of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and second degree murder. In the case against Thomas the following charges are recommended: unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell, maintaining a drug property and failure to intervene. These charges are recommended based off the fact of the case and Florida law. Throughout this recommendation I will highlight the facts, crimes committed, the Florida Statues that were broken and the possible defenses for those charges.
Bill Rallia and Nino Schenquist are both alleged avid drug abusers that are both friends and cousins. According to the reports Bill and Nino were both in possession of cocaine for their personal use on the date in question, February 1, 2006.
