On 09/28/2016, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1559 hours I was dispatched to the UPD lobby to take a Suspicious Character case. While I was in route dispatch also advised the suspect exposed themselves to the reporting party.
I arrived to the station at 1602 hours and made contact with a white female in the lobby. She identified her self as Brianna King verified by Texas DL 38689456. I informed Brianna I would like to gather her personal information and then we could speak about what happened.
Brianna told me on Saturday 9-24-2016 around 14:30 hours she went to the Ablah Library to do some studying. Brianna said she ended up on the top floor of the library to go over some of her homework. Brianna said a male approached her where she was sitting on the north end of the top floor. Brianna said this person introduced themselves and said they were studying massage therapy. The male asked if he could practice on her. Brianna said she usually gives people a chance and lets people do stuff like this. The male asked Brianna to lay down on the ground and take her shoes and socks off. Brianna did this right next to the area she was studying in. …show more content…
She let him do this for a couple of minutes and said he then sniffed her feet with his nose. She asked him to stop and get away from her. Brianna said he then went behind the book shelf and put his hands down his pants. Brianna put her socks and shoes back on and left the area. Brianna exited the 3rd floor via the main stair case at 1640 hours. Brianna then left the library and went straight to Shocker
